WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments on this site and etsy site are processed through PayPal. Paypal offers one of the secure payment platforms for buyers and sellers. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. If you prefer not to use a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal, please contact us to send a money order, a check or your credit card info.We accept credit cards through SquareApp or Intuit GoPayment. All orders paid for by personal checks will not ship until payment has been received and the check cleared.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE OR ETSY?
No. You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. At checkout, you will see this option to the left of the PayPal login area.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship out in 3 business days. Custom Order may take 4-5 business days. If there is any circumstances causing a delay, we will contact you via email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and USPS tracking number from us.
WHAT ABOUT THE SALE TAX?
Orders that are delivered within the state of California will be charged sale tax at rate of 9.5%. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax. All prices and shipping cost are in US Dollars.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD FOR DOMESTIC ORDER?
All domestic orders are shipped either USPS with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground, which usually takes 3-5 business days. If you're ordering just one or two cards, We will be use USPS First Class Mail to keep your shipping costs low. If you need your order faster than 2 to 3 days, please contact us for FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping rates.
DO YOU ACCEPTED INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Yes. Please contact us for International orders. We ship worldwide anywhere via either United States Postal Service First Class International Mail or UPS. Your cost depends on the weight of the package and its destination. Send us an email we would be happy to calculate shipping for your order. The customer is responsible for any customs or duties on internationally shipped items.
GIFTS MESSAGE/CARD OPTION TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, if you are sending your order to someone as a gift, please indicate or leave a note on your paypal order to show the package should be sent to another person's name and address. We will include a small gift card in the package, and the receipt will send separately to your billing address. If there is anything else you'd like to tell us about your order, please write us a note in the "Add special instructions to merchant" box during checkout through PayPal and We will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURN POLICY
We strive for your satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted only under the following conditions.
1. Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. The M-square Press is not responsible for such damage.
2. Ship them back to the address on the package return label, along with your order information. The M-square Press is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. Please use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. The M-square Press is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
3. Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
4. Please note that custom, personalized, and sales Items are non-refundable.
